As a yoga teacher of more than 20 years, she’s an E-RYT 500 and has taught more than 10,000 people and trained hundreds of teachers. She has devoted the last several years to centering the growing body of work on the scientific research on yoga for teachers, students, and the public. She’s also the host of the new podcast Practicing Well, which aims to help you be your best self!

In this episode, Kim shares how she came to yoga from a busy corporate job, what it was like owning a yoga studio for 12 years, what it was like shifting to running an online yoga business and a podcast, and much more!
