This week on the podcast, I am joined by Mary Bugg. Mary is an accomplished yoga teacher, neuro-muscular therapist, and reiki master. She is mum, wife, friend, and sister.
Having spent 25 years in the film industry as a producer, Mary brings her rich experience to all her teaching. She understands that we may all come from different directions, but ultimately, we are all aiming for the same outcome: happiness with acceptance.
Mary has run multiple trainings and workshops in the Middle East and is one of the owners and the studio director at The Path Yoga Center, Bali.
