This week on the podcast, I am joined by Claudia Azula. Claudia is a yoga teacher, best-selling author, and YouTuber. Claudia is passionate about the ways in which yoga helps with a lot more than just the body. She was born in Buenos Aires and teaches in English and Spanish.

In this episode of the podcast, Claudia shares her journey with yoga and what inspired her to focus on teaching via YouTube and private classes, as well as her process for self-publishing her latest book, How to Have a Yoga Body. Claudia shares some of her top tips for anyone who is interested in teaching on YouTube or teaching private clients, as well as what she learned through writing her books and much more.
