Welcome back to another season of M.B.Om! We’re kicking off 2024 and this new season by doing some goal-setting and manifestation work for the year.

We start with a series of prompts to help you brainstorm your goals in various areas of your life and business before brainstorming a word that can act as your theme or intention for the year. We then end this episode with various tips for achieving your goals, including staying organized, staying motivated, reviewing your goals regularly, and making sure you’re setting clear and tangible goals for yourself.
