This week on the podcast, I am joined by Victoria Albina. Victoria is a Master Certified Life Coach, UCSF-trained Family Nurse Practitioner, and Breathwork Meditation Guide with a passion for helping women realize that they are their own best healers, so that they can break free from codependency, perfectionism, and people-pleasing and reclaim their joy.

In this episode of the podcast, we dive into why Victoria decided to pursue a career in helping people with breathwork and somatics. We talk about what somatics is and how it benefits the nervous system, as well as how to incorporate these practices into our own lives and how to share them with our students.

Enjoy!
