After 3 months of supporting two different yoga studios with taking their businesses online, I am sharing what I have learned and some of my top takeaways. In many ways, the last few months have felt like a rollercoaster in figuring out how to run a yoga studio online and adapting to all the craziness that has come with that.
In this episode, I’ll share what life has been like since the pandemic hit, how the studios I work with have adapted, what I’ve learned as a studio manager, and some of my top tips for you if you are taking your yoga studio online.

Many people are still experiencing lockdown and social distancing measures that are keeping them at home. This is a tough situation to be in, with people who rely on going to the gym or studio to exercise facing an extended period indoors and coping with other concerns such as health and work.
Yoga businesses have adapted by taking everything online, which is a great way to keep up with your clients during lockdown. And with exercise being crucial to many people’s day during lockdown, there could be even more ways you could help.
