This week on the podcast, we are talking about burnout, boundaries, and the importance of rest in your yoga business. Burnout often happens when we aren’t setting boundaries and aren’t making time for rest.

In this episode, we talk about how to identify burnout and how to alleviate it by setting boundaries, making time for daily self-care practices, and adding more rest to our days. I share some of my favorite ways to get more rest each day and how resting more has benefited me personally and in my business.
