This week on the podcast I am joined by Corinne McNally. Corinne is a yoga teacher with a passion for women’s health and wellness! In 2017, Corinne was certified by Dinah Rodrigues in Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) and began offering workshops in Edmonton, Alberta. She began gaining traction with her workshops right as the world shut down in 2020 and had to pivot her entire business online!
