The first thing you need to know when you’re running a yoga business is that it’s very much like running any other business! You’ve got your products, you’ve got your ability to make a profit, and you’ve got to make sure you are running an efficient business. Running an efficient business requires the foresight to implement new approaches to your day to day running of the business, and this could mean implementing new products, or it could be moving to a bigger site.
