Hello, 2022! Happy New Year, everyone!

I am so excited to be kicking off 2022 by diving into goal setting. Setting goals for both my year and each quarter has been such a beneficial practice for me, and I am excited to share with you some of the tips and techniques I use to decide on my goals, break them down quarterly, and make them tangible and actionable. You’ll come away with a framework for setting your own Q1 and 2022 goals!
