This week on the podcast I am joined by Nicole Lovald. Nicole is a yoga teacher, yoga studio owner, and author who joined me from Minnesota! Nicole started practicing yoga to help relieve her stress from her busy corporate job and fell in love with the practice to the point that she decided to teach. Soon after becoming a yoga teacher, she stepped into the role of studio owner and has since grown her business in terms of in-person and online offerings.

On this episode, Nicole and I talk about the business lessons she’s learned a studio owner, as well as how Nicole has been able to grow her business in many “outside of the box ways”. We discuss finding your niche, creating products and services that they love to support your business, and much more!

Kelly DiNardo & Amy Pearce-Hayden are mothers, yoga teachers, yoga studio owners, and the co-authors of “Living the Sutras: A Guide to Yoga Wisdom Beyond the Mat”. They met in Madison, Wisconsin and connected over both being yoga studio owners and yoga teachers. One thing led to another, and after discovering their mutual love of the yoga sutras, they decided to write an easy to digest book on the yoga sutras that will help people learn the yoga sutras and take them off the mat and into real life.
